Tin & Tonic is available to hire for all occasions big or small, whether it be a wedding, festival, birthday party, corporate event or just an excuse to share drinks with special guests!

 

The price for hiring us for your event is £250 (non-refundable), this booking fee secures your chosen date and includes:

​

• Tin & Tonic converted horse trailer, including set up, break down & travel within a 40 mile round trip of CT2 (75p p/mile thereafter)

• Experienced and friendly bar staff to run the bar for up to 6 hours serving time (with the option to extend if required - at extra cost)

• A Temporary Events Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your event

• Public Liability insurance

• Disposable glassware, straws and napkins (with the option to upgrade to Glassware if required)

• Contactless card and cash facilities (providing there is a reliable internet signal)

• The option to customise the bar, including creating your own bespoke menu for your special event

The menu can be tailored to your taste, whether that be serving your favourite G&T's served alongside premium tonics and complimentary garnishes, chilled glasses of prosecco or some award-winning artisan ciders. If you

love a glass of something different, then just let us know so we can tailor the menu to your preferences.

Once your date has been secured, we will listen to your requirements and suggest which of the following packages will be most suitable for your event.

Depending on the size of the event and bar package there may be a minimum spend deposit required.
